This has been reported in zeenews.india.com dated 23 June 2016.
It was a gang of around 20 bandits and they blocked the road of the bush taxi. The driver managed to escape but the bandits shot the rear tire and overthrew the car. There were 10 children among the victims. Only one survived from the attack, but he is seriously injured.
The gang had robbed cash of around 7 million Ariary (about $2000) before fleeing the scene. It seems a few hours before this incident, the same gang of bandits had attacked a military vehicle on the same route.
