Tennessee school bus meets with an accident - five children are killed, another 23 injured

A school bus with 35 students from Woodmore Elementary school met with an accident in which at least five children were killed and another 23 injured - they have been sent to hospital. The students in the bus ranged from kindergarten through fifth grade.
The driver of the bus has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of vehicular homicide, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.

The bus had crashed and wrapped around a tree and the driver has been charged with five counts of vehicular homicide, but could face more charges as the case proceeds. The reason for the crash is not clear but, speed could be a factor. The driving conditions were clear and dry.
A warrant has been issued to remove the informational box on the school bus and review the video.
