In its annual recycling report, Apple has indicated that its efforts are aimed at keeping electronic devices out of landfills so that the precious resources they contain can be reused. This helps the environment also because, in these are properly recycled, they will not pose a threat to human health or the environment. Its aim is to use 100% renewable energy to power its facilities around the world and, it helps its suppliers in China and elsewhere to move towards using clean energy.
