British trader tried to sell body parts of monkeys and other animals on eBay

A British trader of Kent tried to sell body parts of endangered monkeys on eBay and also owned dozens of images of animal pornography has avoided jail. He offered to sell bizarre objects like leopard skulls, primate specimens, monkey heads, hands and a macaque skeleton.
This has been reported in dailymail.co.uk dated 12 January 2016.
He has admitted at Woolwich Crown Court to four charges related to the website. It included listing more than 130 specimens of endangered species and also being in possession of 71 bestiality images. He had been arrested by officers from Scotland Yard's Wildlife Crime Unit in January last year on suspicion of selling illegal imported protected species on eBay.
The species he offered are protected by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (Cites) and he was finally sentenced to 14 months in jail suspended for two years.
The Wildlife Crime Unit has already identified the illegal supplier of the endangered species and he was being dealt with by the East Java police in Indonesia.
