Dynastic rule in the US – Jeb Bush contemplating running for President in 2016

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush has hinted that he is nearing a decision whether to run for president in 2016. He was speaking at the Wall Street Journal CEO Council Dinner. It was just a hint and what he said could lay the ground for his 2016 campaign platform.
Incidentally, Jeb Bush is the second son of former President George H. W. Bush and former First Lady Barbara Bush, and the younger brother of former President George W. Bush.
He has indicated that his priorities include an "all-in" energy policy that expands the use of the country's natural resources apart from a reduction in business regulations, a simpler tax code, an "economically driven" overhaul of the immigration system and a transformation of the nation's education system.
On the education front, his idea is to ensure that the education platform should better serve the needs of individual children and break up "government-run monopolies" of local school districts. He also spoke about his support for higher academic standards and for testing to see if students are meeting them.
He disagreed with the decision of President Barack Obama to protect nearly five million illegal immigrants from deportation, and added that Republicans should take the lead on the issue.
