This has been reported in deccanherald.com dated 11 December 2016.
Warnings have been issued urging fishermen in Tamil Nadu, Puduchery and Andhra Pradesh coasts to keep away from the seas for the next 48 hours. The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has deployed its teams in Tamil Nadu on account of the cyclonic storm.
