This has been reported in telegraphindia.com dated 1 January 2016.
The chief minister is worried about the various problems and sufferings that the Jain pilgrims have to face when they visit Kshatriya Kund village and the dharamshala at Lachchuar. They arrive in thousands every year and the government of Bihar would do the best to mitigate the sufferings of the Jain followers. He would also arrange to provide them with the maximum facilities in the field of power, road and security.
The chief minister has also indicated that a network covering all Jain temples in the state will be set up in future. He had reached Kshatriya Kund, the birthplace of Lord Mahavir, by helicopter. The area is surrounded by hills and forests. He saw the place from where the valuable idol had been stolen. He remained there for an hour and then reached the Jain Mandir dharmshala at Lachchuar where he had discussions with officials.
