A few issues that the department will have to resolve are - whether lifetime tax should be imposed on the these bike taxis or quarterly tax like other types of transport vehicles, types of vehicle, whether rider should have minimum age of riding experience, helmet is compulsory for pillion riders, number plates would be of yellow color and there should be digital meters.
These bike-taxis would be restricted to BBMP limits.
