TSAF, the premier adventure outfit, plans to rope in a noted diver as the chief instructor who is already mentoring his colleagues at Tata Steel security department and the company's fire brigade. Diving lessons in Dimna Lake would begin shortly. It will allow people of Jamshedpur to experience the thrill of underwater adventure and will be a new activity at the water sports centre.
The fee structure and diving schedule have already been worked out - it will be Rs 200 per person for half-an-hour dive. To start with, the activity will be conducted on Sundays (10am to 1pm) and, depending on the response, it could be extended to a daily affair.
