Confessions of Pope Francis – he has not watched TV since 1990, never browsed the internet

Pope Francis has confessed that he has not watched TV since 1990 after he made a promise to the Virgin Mary and has not had a holiday since 1994. This has been reported in dailymail.co.uk dated 26 May 2015.
The Pope is a fan of San Lorenzo de Almagro back in Buenos Aires but, he did not even watch their matches – to keep himself updated he got a Swiss Guard to keep him informed regularly on match results and league table positions.
One thing he missed ever since he became pope is the freedom to be able to walk in the street- and go for a pizza. Take-away pizza is not his forte - you have to go there and get it physically.
He made these admissions to an interview to an Argentinian newspaper and said there was no particular reason for his vow- it was just that he suddenly realized that it was not for him.
Pope Francis also said that he does not surf the internet and reads only one newspaper for ten minutes in the morning. Moreover, the current workload was taking its toll.
