After a surgical operation, Chinese woman finds one of her kidney stolen

Within a year, she was admitted to two separate hospitals and forced to undergo two procedures— including a seven hour operation — but she does not know exactly where the kidney was stolen. The loss of kidney came to light when she had another x-ray because she was complaining of back pain. The x-ray at another hospital revealed the fact that one of her kidneys was missing. She imagined it to be a genetic defect and assumed that it was a birth defect. A judicial review has confirmed that her kidney was removed during surgery and she is entitled to compensation, but the court is not taking a decision on which hospital should pay.
