A new chapter is opening in Patna to cater to the gastronomical desires of foodies who love Turkish cuisine - it is the Sultan's Cuisines which will open an outlet at Patna One Mall near the Dakbungalow square. People can come here to enjoy authentic Turkish flavours with a series of exciting food.
This has been reported in telegraphindia.com dated 12 January 2017.
Chief chef of Sultan's Cuisines had worked in a Turkey restaurant for a over a year from 2015 and he will be sourcing all his spices from Spice Bazaar, one of the largest markets in Istanbul. With such authentic spices, the joint will dish out Al Faham, Lebanese grilled chicken, Arabian grilled chicken, chick shish tawook, Turkish chicken kebab and chilli wings.
The owner of the joint has indicated that the menu will introduce custard Danish, a pastry, and introduce the residents to Thai rolled ice cream. This ice cream is little rolls of ice cream, about the size of a roll of quarters, that are packed in a cup, topped with fruits, jellies and chocolate chips.
