Three gored by bulls in the annual Pamplona Bull run festival in Spain

Three men have been gored by bulls in the annual Pamplona bull running festival in Spain. It was the first Bull Run of Pamplona's San Fermin festival and, apart from the three gored, another eight others suffered minor injuries - mainly bruising.
This has been reported in news.sky.com dated 7 July 2015.
The men gored were a British man and two Americans one of whom was reportedly injured in the armpit while the Briton suffered injuries in the perineum. None of the injured is in a serious condition.
The incident took place as six animals made their way through the streets to the city's bull ring with daredevil members of the public running ahead of them.
One of the Americans was Peter Remington, from Houston, Texas, and this was his 25th visit to the festival. The other American was Larry Belcher and this was his 40th year of being a part of the event.
Both admitted that the bulls were running very fast and it was dangerous.
The event has been made popular by the American writer Ernest Hemingway in his book The Sun Also Rises. Till now, a total of 15 people have been gored to death during the bull run since 1924 when records began to be maintained.
